Snow plows in Saskatchewan are on the road before, during and after storms and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation has a multitude of signing opportunities available! Do you have a business, tourist attraction or special event to promote? The department provides and allows highway signage to direct motorists where you want them to go. The department assists municipalities, First Nations, tourism operators, business owners, park operators and individuals with their signing needs.  Information on highway signing opportunities in Saskatchewan can be found under Programs & Services.

Adopt-A-Highway Program is a way for interested groups or participants to help beautify Saskatchewan rights-of-ways by picking up litter and trash from a specified section (minimum of 3 km) along the provincial highways.

The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Community Airport Partnership (CAP) Program is designed to provide capital contributions to rehabilitate and upgrade the network of strategic regional community airports.

Transportation is critical in shaping Saskatchewan's economic health and quality of life for its citizens. In addition to providing mobility for people and goods, it also influences export patterns and economic activity by providing access to land and resources.
