Did you know?

The 2008-09 provincial budget provides the largest transportation budget in Saskatchewan history.

Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation has a multitude of signing opportunities available! Do you have a business, tourist attraction or special event to promote? The department provides and allows highway signage to direct motorists where you want them to go. The department assists municipalities, First Nations, tourism operators, business owners, park operators and individuals with their signing needs.  Information on highway signing opportunities in Saskatchewan can be found under Programs & Services.

Adopt-A-Highway Program is a way for interested groups or participants to help beautify Saskatchewan rights-of-ways by picking up litter and trash from a specified section (minimum of 3 km) along the provincial highways.

The ATPC committees are established at the local level to look strategically at transportation and make recommendations to the provincial or municipal governments based on social and economic goals of the area and the province.
