The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure owns and operates 17 airports in northern Saskatchewan.

These facilities are among more than 145 various airports/aerodromes owned and operated by various organizations across the province. Saskatchewan has two major airports located in Regina and Saskatoon, which operated by local airport authorities.
