2008-09 Annual Report
The 2008-09 Annual Report presents the Ministry's activities and results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009. It reports on public commitments made and other key accomplishments of the Ministry. The Annual Report is tabled in the legislature on or before July 29, 2009 and communicates both financial and non-financial results achieved over the past year.

The Canadian Asphalt and Mix Program is a testing proficiency exchange that provides an opportunity for participants to compare their test results with those of other laboratories. It is also a mechanism for reviewing and refining existing test procedures.

Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation engaged Deloitte & Touche, LLP (Deloitte) to independently evaluate existing bid trend data and to perform focused industry related research to identify current escalation trends and the primary drivers of the bid price increases experienced by DHT.
The complete 2004 Traffic Accident Information System (TAIS) report have been released by SGI. TAIS is a computer-based system that compiles information on traffic collisions occurring on Saskatchewan highways. This information is captured from traffic collisions reporting by Saskatchewan police agencies and SGI claims.
