Highway Laboratory Information Management System (HLIMS)

HLIMS is a comprehensive data base serving as a frontline single source for capturing, retrieving and analyzing testing data. The database provides ongoing information on a sample from inception to completion and into the future. The database contains testing information for aggregate crushing or wet sieve analysis only.

The computer system is currently in use within the mobile field testing laboratories to track and document crushing test results. The ministry's two central laboratories also use the system to document the quality assurance test results.
