NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 12:00 Midnight, Nov. 3rd, 2002 and until further notice, vehicles other than those exempted below and those vehicles noted in sections 3(1) and (2) of the The Vehicle Weight and Dimensions Regulations, on the following numbered provincial highways, except sections that fall within the incorporated limits of a city, town or village, shall be restricted as follows:
The restriction applies to all vehicles except those listed below:
This order does not permit the weight on any axle, axle group or vehicle from exceeding the maximum weight prescribed in the The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations for that axle, axle group or vehicle. This order does not restrict vehicles from crossing over Highway No. 30 at a junction of a rural municipality road and a 1.6 km section of Highway No. 30 north of Section 32, Township 23, Range 20, West 3rd Meridian Highway No. 30 - from Eston Regional Park located at the south-west corner of Section 20, Township 23, Range 20, West 3rd Meridian to the junction of municipal highway located at the north-east corner of SE Section 34, Township 28, Range 20, West 3rd Meridian.
