All ferries in the Province of Saskatchewan are operated by the Government of Saskatchewan.
- All ferry operations are seasonal.
- Ferries generally operate from mid April to mid November, however this is dependant on ice conditions.
- All ferries, with the exception of Wollaston are free.
- All ferries, except Wollaston and Riverhurst, operate from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, CST.
- All ferries except Riverhurst and Wollaston are river crossings. As such, these ferries are affected by fluctuating water levels in the rivers. The maximum weights allowed or the operation of these ferries may change without notice due to fluctuating water levels.
To check with the current operations status of a ferry, check the Road Conditions page.
