Plan for 2024-25
The plan for 2024-25 reflects the government's goals of sustaining growth and opportunities for Saskatchewan people, meeting the challenges of growth, securing a better quality of life for all Saskatchewan people and delivering responsive and responsible government.

Annual Reports
The Ministry of Highways' 2022-23 Annual Report presents the ministry's activities and results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. It reports to the public and elected officials on public commitments made and other key accomplishments of the ministry.

Adopt a Highway
The Adopt-A-Highway Program is a way for groups or participants to help beautify Saskatchewan by picking up litter and trash along the highway.
Buying and Selling Land for Highway Projects
Some highway projects require the Ministry of Highways to buy land. Learn about some of the examples of these improvements and the processes.
Memorial Markers
An individual or family's need to grieve the loss of loved ones is necessary for some of us. Learn what the ministry will allow regarding commemorative markers.
Markers must be at least 100 metres from any intersection and should be a reasonable size and not exceed 80 cm by 60 cm.
Rural and Urban Road Closures
The Ministry of Highways must review requests for some road closures, encroachment agreements, title transfers and new road plan registration. Learn about requirements and service fees.

Spring and Summer Maintenance - Why some roads have more potholes than others
Potholes are formed by the expansion and contraction of water that has entered into the subgrade of the road through cracks in the pavement. When water freezes it expands. This causes the pavement to expand, bend or crack weakening the road. If water freezes and thaws over time, the road can weaken
