The 2008-09 budget provides funding for the continued twinning of Highway 11 between Saskatoon and Prince Albert and completion of twinning of Highways 1 and 16.

The goal of the Community Airport Partnership (CAP) is for the ministry to provide capital
contributions to airport infrastructure. This infrastructure program is intended to rehabilitate
and upgrade the network of strategic regional community airports in southern Saskatchewan.
