North North East Area Transportation Planning Committee

Goals:

• The overall goal of the advisory planning committee is to improve the transportation system serving the North East area that will, in turn, provide safety, social and economic environments.

Objectives:

1. To develop and maintain a comprehensive transportation plan that addresses the safety, economic and social needs of northeast Saskatchewan.
2. To communication concerns, priorities and planning options to all levels of government, regional organizations and industry.
3. To develop a partnership between local leaders, communities, government and industries.
