Executive Bios Ted Stobbs - Assistant Deputy Minister, OperationsTed Stobbs is the Assistant Deputy Minister of Operations. Ted joined the Ministry in 1980 as a Resident Engineer in the Saskatoon District. Since that time, he held numerous positions in both the Engineering Services and Operations Divisions. Most recently, Ted was the Assistant Deputy Minister of Corporate Services. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering 1980, University of Saskatchewan.
